Welcome to Kherafy. By using Kherafy or Kherafy Parents you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.

Who uses what

Kherafy is made for children aged 3–7, with their parents' supervision. A family account in Kherafy Parents is created by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over, who is responsible for the account and the devices they link.

Content

The stories, lessons and prayers teach the faith of the Coptic Orthodox Church in simple words and are reviewed by a priest before release. The content belongs to Kherafy and may be used at home for learning only, not sold or republished.

The Kherafy gallery

• What is sent must be the child's own work, without their real name, photo or contact details.
• Everything is reviewed before it is shown, and the Kherafy team may decline or remove anything.
• By sending something you let Kherafy show it in the app under the lamb name, and in the week's top 3 if the team picks it. You can delete it at any time and it is removed.
• No abuse or harassment, and no attempts to reach another family's data.

Kherafy Plus

Part of the content is always free. Kherafy Plus is optional and opens the rest for every child in the family and every linked device. It is bought only through Google Play or the App Store, at the price shown in the app before payment, and the store takes the payment. There are two kinds:

• Monthly or yearly, renewing automatically: it renews and is charged again at the end of each period until you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends; after cancelling, Kherafy Plus stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
• Prepaid month or year, not renewing: you pay once, Kherafy Plus stays on for that month or year, then stops by itself. There is nothing to cancel and no further charge unless you buy again.

3-day free trial: on the monthly or yearly plan; the store decides who is eligible. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and is charged automatically. If you cancel before then, you pay nothing.

How to cancel: on Android: Google Play → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Kherafy Plus → Cancel. On iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Kherafy Plus → Cancel Subscription. Kherafy Parents also opens this page: Settings → Kherafy Plus. Deleting the family account does not cancel the subscription.

Refunds: the store's rules apply, and refunds are requested from Google Play or Apple. If the store refunds a purchase, Kherafy Plus stops.

A gift from the Kherafy team: the team may give a family Kherafy Plus for a set time. A gift is free, does not renew, ends on the date shown in the app, and never shortens or cancels a store subscription.

Ending the account

You can delete the family account at any time in Settings. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, telling the parent where possible.

Liability

We do our best to keep the app working well and safe, but it is provided "as is". Kherafy is not a substitute for the Church, a father of confession or a parent's care.

Changes

If these terms change we will tell you in Kherafy Parents, and ask you to agree again for important changes.
