سياسة الخصوصية
خرافي تطبيق للأطفال الأقباط الأرثوذكس من ٣ لـ ٧ سنين، ومعاه تطبيق للأهل اسمه «خرافي للأهل». بنجمع أقل حاجة ممكنة، ومافيش إعلانات، ومش بنبيع ولا بنشارك بيانات حد.
باختصار
- تطبيق الأطفال بيشتغل من غير حساب ومن غير ما الطفل يكتب أي حاجة عن نفسه.
- ولي الأمر بس هو اللي بيعمل حساب، في «خرافي للأهل»، وبيوافق قبل ما أي حاجة عن الطفل تتبعت.
- مش محتاجين اسم الطفل الحقيقي ولا صورته. كل طفل بيظهر للناس باسم خروف.
- مافيش إعلانات، ولا تتبّع، ولا أدوات تحليل في تطبيق الأطفال، ولا بنجمع المكان أو معرّف الإعلانات أو جهات الاتصال.
- تقدر تمسح الحساب وكل اللي اتحفظ عن أولادك من جوه التطبيق في أي وقت.
الموقع ده (kherafi.app)
- الموقع مافيهوش كوكيز، ولا أدوات تحليل، ولا إعلانات، ولا خطوط أو سكربتات من شركات تانية. مش بنطلب إيميل ولا أي بيانات.
- النجوم والملصقات واللغة اللي بتختارها في التجارب بتتحفظ في متصفحك بس (localStorage)، ومابتوصلناش. تقدر تمسحها بمسح بيانات الموقع من المتصفح.
- الموقع مستضاف على Firebase Hosting من جوجل، وزي أي موقع، سيرفرات جوجل بتسجّل بيانات تقنية (زي عنوان الـIP ونوع المتصفح) علشان توصّل الصفحة وتحميها. إحنا مابنستخدمش البيانات دي لتتبّع حد.
- روابط إنستجرام وفيسبوك بتوديك لمواقعهم، وهناك بتسري سياسات الخصوصية بتاعتهم.

جهاز الطفل بيدخل بحساب مجهول (من غير إيميل ولا اسم) علشان يقدر يتربط بالعيلة. الرسومات اللي بيلوّنها والإعدادات بتفضل على الجهاز نفسه، ومش بتطلع منه إلا لو هو بعتها للمعرض. لو جهاز مش مربوط اشترى خرافي بلس (من ورا بوابة الأهل)، الاشتراك بيفضل على الجهاز ده بس ومش بيتبعتلنا.
موافقة ولي الأمر
قبل ما أي حاجة عن الطفل تتحفظ عندنا، ولي الأمر بيسجّل دخول في «خرافي للأهل» ويوافق على السياسة دي، ويختار بنفسه: يبعت الرسومات ولا لأ، يبعت الترتيل بالصوت ولا لأ، وياخد رأي الفريق ولا لأ. كل اختيار بيتغيّر من الإعدادات في أي وقت. لو السياسة اتغيّرت، التطبيق هيسألك توافق تاني.
معرض خرافي
كل رسمة أو ترتيل بيوصلنا الأول، وفريق خرافي بيراجعه قبل ما حد يشوفه. التفاعل كله ردود جاهزة (قلب، نجمة، برافو) من غير تعليقات من الناس، والأرقام مش بتظهر للأطفال. أي ولي أمر يقدر يبلّغ عن حاجة، وكمان من جهاز الطفل من ورا بوابة الأهل، ولو اتبلّغ عنها ٣ مرات بترجع للمراجعة. كل تفاعل أو بلاغ بيتحفظ مربوط بالحساب اللي بعته (حساب الجهاز المجهول أو حسابك)، والبلاغات بيشوفها فريق خرافي بس. تقدر تمسح أي حاجة ابنك بعتها من «خرافي للأهل».
مين بيشتغل معانا
الاشتراك في خرافي بلس بيتدفع عن طريق جوجل بلاي أو آب ستور بس، وإحنا مش بنشوف بيانات الدفع. بنسأل المتجر عن الاشتراك علشان نعرف هو شغال ولحد إمتى، وبنحفظ سجل الاشتراك اللي في الجدول بس. البيانات محفوظة على خدمات Firebase من جوجل. مش بنبيع البيانات ولا بنديها لحد تاني.
المدة
بنسجّل الأحداث المهمة في الحساب (زي التسجيل، وإضافة طفل، وربط جهاز، والاشتراك، والإرسال للمعرض) لمدة سنة علشان الدعم والأمان، وبعدها بتتمسح لوحدها. من الأجهزة المربوطة بنعدّ الاستخدام كأرقام بس: إجمالي كل يوم لخرافي كله، ولكل عيلة آخر يوم استخدام وعدد الحواديت اللي اتشافت. مش بنسجّل كل لمسة جوه تطبيق الأطفال. بنحتفظ بالبيانات طول ما حساب العيلة موجود. لو مسحت طفل، ملفه وتقدّمه بيتمسحوا. لو مسحت حاجة من المعرض، بتتمسح هي وملفها.
مسح الحساب
من «خرافي للأهل»: الإعدادات ← «امسح حساب العيلة». ده بيمسح على طول حساب ولي الأمر، والأولاد، والتقدّم، والأجهزة المربوطة، والرسومات والترتيل اللي اتبعتوا ورأي الفريق فيهم، والتفاعلات والبلاغات اللي اتبعتت، وسجل الاشتراك والهدية، وأرقام الاستخدام الخاصة بعيلتك، والإشعارات. الأرقام الإجمالية لخرافي كله مافيهاش أي حاجة عن عيلتك، فبتفضل. أجهزة الأطفال بترجع تشتغل من غير حساب. مسح الحساب مش بيلغي اشتراك المتجر، فلازم تلغيه من جوجل بلاي أو آب ستور.
حقوقك
تقدر تشوف وتعدّل بيانات أولادك من التطبيق، وتقفل أي مشاركة، وتمسح أي حاجة أو الحساب كله. لو عايز نسخة من البيانات أو عندك سؤال، كلّمنا.
دي حقوقك كولي أمر بموجب قوانين خصوصية الأطفال (زي COPPA الأمريكي): تشوف البيانات اللي اتحفظت عن ابنك، تمسحها، وترفض إننا نجمع أكتر من كده، من غير ما ده يمنع الطفل من استخدام المحتوى المجاني. البيانات محفوظة على خدمات Firebase من جوجل في أوروبا (بلجيكا).
الأمان
البيانات بتتنقل مشفّرة، وقواعد الوصول بتسمح لكل عيلة تشوف بياناتها بس. فريق خرافي بيشوف بيانات الحساب (إيميل ولي الأمر، والأولاد بأسمائهم في خرافي، والأجهزة المربوطة، والاشتراك أو الهدية، وملخّص التقدّم، وأرقام الاستخدام) علشان يساعدك ويحل أي مشكلة، وبيشوف اللي اتبعت للمعرض علشان يراجعه.

Privacy policy
Kherafy is an app for Coptic Orthodox children aged 3–7, with a companion app for parents, Kherafy Parents. We collect as little as we can. There are no ads, and we never sell or share anyone's data.
In short
- The kids app works without an account, and children never type anything about themselves.
- Only a parent creates an account, in Kherafy Parents, and agrees before anything about a child is sent.
- We don't need a child's real name or photo. Other people see a lamb name.
- No ads, no tracking, no analytics in the kids app, and no location, advertising ID or contacts.
- You can delete the account and everything kept about your children from inside the app at any time.
This website (kherafi.app)
- The website has no cookies, analytics, ads, or third-party fonts and scripts. We don't ask for an email or any other data.
- The stars, stickers and language you pick in the demos are kept only in your browser (localStorage) and never reach us. Clearing the site's data in your browser removes them.
- The website is hosted on Google's Firebase Hosting. Like any website, Google's servers log technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the page. We don't use it to track anyone.
- The Instagram and Facebook links take you to those sites, where their own privacy policies apply.

A child's device signs in anonymously (no email or name) so it can be linked to the family. Colouring work and settings stay on the device unless the child sends something to the gallery. If a device that isn't linked buys Kherafy Plus (behind the parents' gate), the subscription stays on that device and is not sent to us.
Parental consent
Before anything about a child is stored, a parent signs in to Kherafy Parents, agrees to this policy and chooses whether the children may send drawings, send sung hymns, and receive the team's feedback. Every choice can be changed in Settings. If this policy changes, the app asks you to agree again.
The Kherafy gallery
Every drawing or recording reaches the Kherafy team first and is reviewed before anyone sees it. Reactions are preset (heart, star, bravo), there are no comments from the public, and children never see counts. Any parent can report a post, and so can a child's device behind the parents' gate; three reports send it back to review. Each reaction or report is stored with the account that sent it (the device's anonymous account or yours), and only the Kherafy team sees reports. You can delete anything your child sent from Kherafy Parents.
Service providers
Kherafy Plus is paid only through Google Play or the App Store; we never see payment details. We ask the store whether a subscription is active and until when, and keep only the subscription record in the table above. Data is stored on Google's Firebase services. We don't sell data or give it to anyone else.
Retention
We log important account events (such as signing up, adding a child, linking a device, subscribing and sending to the gallery) for a year, for support and safety, after which they are deleted automatically. From linked devices we count use only as numbers: daily totals for all of Kherafy, and per family the last day of use and the number of stories watched. We don't record every tap in the kids app. We keep data while the family account exists. Removing a child deletes their profile and progress. Deleting a gallery post deletes it and its file.
Deleting the account
In Kherafy Parents: Settings → «امسح حساب العيلة» (Delete family account). This immediately deletes the parent's account, the children, their progress, linked devices, gallery posts with the team's feedback, the reactions and reports they sent, the subscription and gift records, your family's usage totals, and notifications. Kherafy-wide totals contain nothing about your family, so they stay. Children's devices keep working without an account. Deleting the account does not cancel a store subscription; cancel it in Google Play or the App Store.
Your rights
You can see and edit your children's data in the app, turn off any sharing, and delete anything or the whole account. For a copy of your data or any question, contact us.
These are your rights as a parent under children's privacy laws (such as the US COPPA): review what was kept about your child, have it deleted, and refuse further collection, without losing access to the free content. Data is stored on Google's Firebase services in Europe (Belgium).
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, and access rules let each family read only its own data. The Kherafy team can see account data (the parent's email, the children's names in Kherafy, linked devices, the subscription or gift, a summary of progress, and usage totals) to help you and fix problems, and sees what is sent to the gallery in order to review it.
